Thank you for alerting us that the version of the problem posted on May 1, 2017 was missing page 27 (final page of Hale statement). The version above is the corrected version.

The Civics First case committee thanks all of you for your thoughtful questions and answers over the last month, all of which have led to improvements in the final revision of the problem. The final revision of the problem, dated May 1, 2017, incorporates all changes previously  discussed in the Question and Answer documents that we published weekly throughout the month of April. Please note that the ordering of the stipulations has changed from the original draft, dated March 31, 2017.

competition.

Code of Conduct

One representative (either a coach or the state coordinator (or his or her official designee)) from each team must be in charge of sharing the 2017 National Mock Trial Code of Ethical Conduct with all of the people associated with the team, including the state coordinator (or his or her official designee),coaches, official and non-official team members, courtroom artist, and observers.
